District Attorney John Morganelli could not be reached for comment. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office also did not yet have the cause and manner of death.
Michael C. Muretta was pronounced dead 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill after police responded to his home in the 400 block of Morgan Hill Road for an individual in need of medical attention. Authorities have deemed the death suspicious.
Muretta's brother-in-law, Jess Yerger, said this morning the family had not heard any updates from authorities regarding the investigation.
