Dr. Ayaz Matin
Dr. Ayaz Matin

Dr. Ayaz Matin joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in the St. Luke’s Gastroenterology Specialists practice. Gastroenterologists specialize in diseases of the digestive system, also called the gastrointestinal tract.

Matin has training in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and bile ducts.

Matin earned his medical degree at The Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed his residency program in internal medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. Matin is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Tom Mohr was named director of development and advancement of Allentown-based Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley.

Mohr last served with United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as account manager for five years, where he oversaw new business development and managed company employee campaigns.

Mohr and his wife, Landa, owned the former Third Street’s Chicken & Ribs in Bethlehem. He served six years as a Bethlehem councilman and three years as district director for former Lehigh Valley Congressman Paul McHale. He also served as board president during the establishment of the Lehigh Valley Performing Arts Charter High School. Mohr is a Vietnam War veteran.

Philmer Rohrbaugh
Philmer Rohrbaugh

Fulton Financial Corp. named Philmer H. Rohrbaugh senior executive vice president/chief risk officer effective Nov 1. This newly created position oversees the company’s risk management activities.

Rohrbaugh previously was a senior partner in accounting firm KPMG’s Chicago office. He earned an accounting degree from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa.

Lancaster-based Fulton Financial owns Lafayette Ambassador Bank and Fulton Bank of New Jersey, which respectively operate branches in the Lehigh Valley and Warren and Hunterdon counties.

Michael Wassil was promoted to partner at Pittsburgh-based certified public accounting and consulting firm Binkley Kanavy Group, which serves clients throughout Pennsylvania. He will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations of county governments, including human service functions and providers.

Wassil is an experienced certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
