Ronald Gutkin, Alan Hubbard and Karen Koerner, Warren County real estate agents, were awarded the Realtor Emeritus designation by the New Jersey Association of Realtors during an awards ceremony Dec. 4 at the Triple Play Realtor Convention and Trade Expo in Atlantic City. The designation recognizes 40 years of membership in the organization.
Gutkin is an agent with Experient Realty in Hackettstown. Hubbard is a Realtor with RE/MAX House Values 4 in Hackettstown. Koerner is a Realtor with Sig Kuhne Realty in Washington Borough.
