Snow 'likely' on Christmas Eve in the Lehigh Valley

The Lehigh Valley will "likely" see snow Monday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service in Mt. Holly, N.J.

The weather service is predicting a 60 percent chance of snow on Christmas Eve; there's a slight chance of snow starting after 1 p.m., but flakes are "likely" for the evening.

But the snow, if it falls, may not last. The weather service is predicting warmer temperatures before noon on Christmas Day, with a slight chance of a rain/snow mix that should clear up by the evening.
