Weis Markets Inc. has announced a new round of price freezes for the next 90 days.
Weis Market will freeze prices on more than 2,000 items in the store, the grocery chain announced today in a news release.
The items have been reduced in price and will stay at the discounted level for 90 days, according to the release.
Weis’s weekly circulars will include the list of both name brand and private brand products affected by the freeze, and items will also be marked with store signage and shelf tags.
Items include frozen foods, dairy, meat, health care products and general merchandize, according to the news release.
The freeze will be in effect at all 163 Weis stores in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
