Come Monday afternoon, readers will have a more full experience on lehighvalleylive.com away from their computer.

Logging on to lehighvalleylive.com from mobile devices will bring the top displays on our home page and the ability to engage in our commenting section.

This is one more step in the roll out of design updates that launched on the site in August. We've restructured our home page, several content-specific landing pages and articles.

Editors reorganize these pages throughout the day to be sure readers can easily find the most recent and newsworthy content, which will now be more prominent on mobile browsers.

These visual improvements were accompanied by a new commenting system in August that allows real-time discussion.

Reading comments and engaging with other visitors has grown to be part of the experience here. Readers have requested the ability to check comments and respond from phones, and now that's possible.

The goal here is to give readers a similar experience on different devices. Our iPhone, Android and iPad apps will remain the same for now, but we look forward to adjustments there in the future.

This is just one in a series of steps to improve the experience at lehighvalleylive.com. We're excited to continue growing to better serve our audience.

Please feel free to let me know of any questions you have about lehighvalleylive.com or the new mobile features. You can leave a comment below or email me at apasseggio@express-times.com.
