It will get cold over the weekend, the National Weather Service predicts.
Today looks like a beautiful day.
Party sunny. A high of 48; eight degrees above normal. A bit of a breeze in the morning.
Will it make you forget winter? Not for long, the National Weather Service says in its hazardous weather outlook.
Because come tonight, there's a 50-50 shot we'll get an inch or 2 of snow. And there could be some more Saturday into Saturday night, but that is not certain, the weather service says.
It only gets to 35 on Saturday and drops to 19 overnight into Sunday and won't break freezing again until Monday, the weather service predicts.
In the past few weeks there have been several small snowfalls, with only one -- last Friday night -- accumulating more than 4 inches.
Watch the storms arrive on AccuWeather's radar (hint: it looks nothing but calm at 6:40 this morning).
