The weather service said it will be cloudy and blustery through Sunday night, with the strongest winds between 16 to 24 mph during the day Sunday.Tonight's low temperature is forecast at 21 degrees, and the weather service predicts a possible low temperature around 13 degrees Sunday night.
The winds are expected to lessen into Monday with the forecast changing to a 70 percent chance of snow and freezing rain before 10 a.m. Tuesday. That should change to just rain later in the day.
