There is the possibility of street and small-stream flooding.
The unsettled weather of recent weeks will continue today and, depending on where you live, could be either a dose of late winter or early spring.
For Northampton and Warren counties, the National Weather Service is warning of potential street and small stream flooding after heavy rain late this afternoon and tonight. A hazardous weather outlook is in place. AccuWeather is projecting an overnight low of 36 degrees in Easton and the National Weather Service says the low will be the same in Blairstown Township.
But when you venture slightly further north to Stroudsburg in Monroe County, the initial part of the storm is predicted to feature 1 to 3 inches of snow and a tenth of an inch of sleet and freezing rain. A winter storm advisory is in place.
