The Lehigh Valley area could see anywhere from 2 to 6 inches of snow Wednesday.
Most of Northampton, Lehigh, Warren and Hunterdon counties are forecast to get between 2 and 4 inches by Thursday morning, according the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, N.J.
Accumulation of 3 to 5 inches is possible in parts of Lehigh County and there's the possibility of 4 to 6 inches in patches of Hunterdon County.
There is a winter weather advisory in place for the four counties as of 7 a.m. Wednesday. Snow should start to fall during the morning commute and should finish up by the evening.
Wind gusts of between 25 and 30 mph are possible, according to the NWS.
