Gertrude L. Schaefer, 93, of Phillipsburg, formerly of Little York, N.J., passed away on Wednesday at Phillipsburg Care Center in Phillipsburg.

Gertrude lived most of her life in Little York before moving to Phillipsburg. She was a school secretary at Alexandria Township School for many years.

She enjoyed traveling, camping and music; most importantly, she loved being a mother.
