The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce is releasing a sixth round of its Main Street Lehigh Valley Community Improvement grants.
Each grant is worth up to $2,000, according to a chamber news release.
A share of $50,000 will be awarded to proposals for projects. Facade improvements, streetscape design, sidewalk beautification or other improvements to the physical appearance of the street are among the projects that qualify for the grants.
The annual Small Business Council’s Snow Ball gala has funded part of the pool.

Two Pennsylvania craft brewers are among the top 50 U.S. craft brewing companies in the nation, according to a new list by a trade organization.
The Brewers Association released the list last week. Victory Brewing Co., based in Downingtown, Pa., finished 26th and Troegs Brewing Co., based in Hershey, Pa., ranked 50th, according to a news release from the association.
No New Jersey craft brewers made the list, which is compiled based on production statistics.
Boston Beer Co. finished No. 1.

The Best Buy in Whitehall Township will be among 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores in the country that will host a new Samsung Experience Shop, according to a news release.
The local Samsung Experience Shop is scheduled to open April 24 at Best Buy’s 1504 MacArthur Road location.
Samsung says in the news release that the shops coincide with the upcoming release of the Samsung Galaxy S 4 smartphone. The shops will sell a range of Samsung items including other smartphones, tablets, laptops and accessories. Consultants also will be staffing the shops to provide support for users.
