With more than two inches of rain having recently fallen across the region, the National Weather Service this afternoon says another line of heavy storms could push some waterways over the top.
A flash flood warning has been issued for Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania; Warren County is included in a warning extending east across a swath of northern New Jersey.
