The ArrangementFinders.com billboard features retired porn star Bree Olson next to the caption, 'Need a Summer Job? Date a SUGAR DADDY.'
A Toronto company that runs a website meant to connect female college students with “sugar daddies” who pay a fee to join the site has posted a billboard in Pittsburgh.
The ArrangementFinders.com billboard features retired porn star Bree Olson next to the caption, “Need a Summer Job? Date a SUGAR DADDY.”
A company spokesman tells the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that the service is legal because it is marketing companionship, not sexual acts, and a state police investigator agreed.
That doesn’t mean everybody thinks the billboard is just fine.
Amy Parker, the executive director of Strong Women, Strong Girls Pittsburgh — a mentoring program on five university campuses in the city — says it’s a “terrible message. I’d like to think that women and girls we deal with are well-equipped to make better choices.”
