The 13-year-old boy found with the knife is suspended from the East Penn School District, police said.
A 13-year-old boy brought a knife to Lower Macungie Middle School on Wednesday, police said.

nnsylvania state police responded after the knife was discovered at 3 p.m. at the school at 6299 Lower Macungie Road in Lower Macungie Township, police said. The boy made no threats and no one was hurt, police said. The boy is suspended from school, according to police.

- Three people were charged with taking items out of parked cars in Lynn Township, Lehigh County, on Wednesday, police said.
Police said someone took the items between 12:45 and 12:50 a.m. from cars on Jefferson Court.

- Someone cut the seal off two trailers parked in the 1000 block of Belmont Street in Williams Township between 9:30 a.m. Thursday and 1 p.m. Friday, police said.

- Someone entered the cab of an unlocked tractor trailer in Williams Township, moved the truck and broke the trailer’s rear latch police said.
A cardboard box was opened inside the trailer, but nothing was missing, police said.
The truck was parked on Morgan Hill Road between 4:30 p.m. Thursday and 6:20 a.m. Friday.
