Sarah Lewis and Katie Lynch have been named as new directors at Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp.
Lewis, of Lower Macungie Township, has been named director of research and data. She will be responsible for the gathering of economic development data, assisting with the organization’s recruitment, retention and expansion of companies to and within the Lehigh Valley. She last served with Geoban U.S. where she was responsible for monitoring and controlling data quality.
Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Moravian College.
Lynch, of Bethlehem, has been named director of economic development. She will be responsible for assisting businesses interested in relocation, retention and expansion throughout the region. She last served as a grants manager with the economic development firm Millennium Strategies and previously worked at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations and advertising from Temple University.

Angela Romano has joined RE/MAX 440/RE/MAX Central as a real estate agent in the firm’s Allentown office.
Romano, of Macungie, last served as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Hearthside, Pa. Before that she worked for Premier Horticulture.
Romano earned an associate’s degree in specialized business from Allentown Business School. She is a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors.
An avid photographer, she is a member of the Professional Photographers of America.

Dr. Catherine Gleason has moved her breast surgery practice to the recently opened Hunterdon Breast Surgery Center in Flemington. The practice is one of the physician offices operated by Hunterdon Healthcare.
Gleason is a board certified surgeon specializing in breast surgery. She also serves as medical director for the Hunterdon Regional Breast Care Program at Hunterdon Medical Center and works closely with the Hunterdon Women’s Imaging Center to support its patient needs.
Gleason earned a medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson and completed her residency at the Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans.

Sheryl A. Hawk has been named director of development and communications at The Hillside School, a nonprofit elementary school for children with learning disabilities in Macungie.
Hawk has more than 28 years of experience in business cultivation, capital campaigns, community relations, fundraising, marketing and special events.
She last served as director of development at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she served as director of special events managing network events and fundraisers.
Before that she served as assistant vice president of community relations and marketing at the former Lehigh Valley Division of Meridian Bank.
