FBI looking for serial robber active in Montgomery and Bucks counties

The man is considered armed and dangerous, according to the FBI.

The FBI is looking for information leading to the identification of an armed serial robber, active in Montgomery and Bucks counties, according to a news release from the Philadelphia Division of the FBI.

The robber is described as a white man in his 30s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, medium build and brown hair with facial hair or stubble, according to the release.

He has been suspected in at least eight robberies in the past three and a half weeks in Horsham Township, Upper Moreland Township, Upper Dublin Township, Lower Gwynedd Township, East Norriton, Hilltown Township and New Britain Township, according to the release.

The robber has displayed a handgun at several of the robberies, according to the release, and has been seen wearing a red Phillies hat, a black jacket with a light-colored stripe across the chest as well as a green baseball hat with a pink brim and a blue hooded sweatshirt.

He has also been known to carry a green recyclable bag, which he puts the stolen money in, according to the release. He has been seen in a silver sedan at multiple robbery scenes, according to the release.

The man is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information about him is urged to called the FBI at 215-641-8910, according to the release. There may be a reward for information leading to the robber’s capture, according to the release.
