Police say the 66-year-old Schuylkill County man shot the victim in the chest.

An eastern Pennsylvania man has been jailed on a charge of criminal homicide after state police say he fatally shot his neighbor following a long-running property dispute.

Online court records don't list an attorney for 66-year-old Ronald Kozak, of the Shenandoah Heights section of West Mahanoy Township, Schuylkill County.

Police say Kozak shot Joseph Boris, 60, after an argument between the two about 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Pennsylvania state troopers from the Frackville station are calling the incident a "neighborly dispute that went terribly wrong."

Kozak was arraigned and jailed without bond Saturday night on criminal homicide and other charges.

Police say Kozak shot Boris in the chest, just outside the victim's home.
