Thomas A. Hager, 62, of West Easton passed away Thursday, in St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill.

He was a heavy equipment operator and welder with Rusty Smith in Bethlehem Township.

He was a 1967 graduate of Phillipsburg High School.

Tom devoted his time and life to stock car racing from 1966 to 2012.

In 1972 he won the Rookie Sportsman Championship and in 1980 and 1983 he won the Nazareth Modified Championship.
