Pennsylvania State Police are seeking two teens who escaped from a Monroe County youth services agency. The duo ran away from the Youth Services Agency camp in Eldred Township sometime between noon and 4 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police at Lehighton.
The 16-year-old, of Scranton, and 17-year-old, of Lancaster, left the camp wearing red shirts with the camp's symbol.
