Mary E. Sullivan was named director of corporate business development and relocation at Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate in Allentown.
Before joining Coldwell Banker, Sullivan served as director of the relocation program for Prudential Patt-White for 17 years and for John Monaghan Real Estate for 10 years. Sullivan was named to Who’s Who in Relocation by Cambridge Awards in 2011 and 2012.
She serves on the Relocation Directors Council of the national Employees Relocation Council and has been awarded the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Award for Service Excellence.

Don Shafer was promoted to product manager of its fluid catalytic cracking expanders product line at Rotating Machinery Services Inc. in Bethlehem Township, Pa.
Shafer has 34 years of experience as an engineering and design team leader, including 31 years devoted to turbo machinery used in the refining and petrochemical industry.

Jeremy W. Burger, of Palmerton, Pa., joined the energy and environmental sciences division at Rettew Associates Inc. in Hanover Township, Lehigh County. He will oversee design and permitting for natural gas pipelines and compressor facilities.
An environmental scientist and field biologist, Burger has five years of experience in environmental permitting, route development, regulatory compliance and process development. He last served as a project scientist with Hanover Engineering.
Burger earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from East Stroudsburg University. He is a member of the Society of Wetland Scientists.

Deepak Tiwari was named director, formulation and process development, at Particle Sciences Inc. in Bethlehem. Tiwari has more than 18 years of experience in pharmaceuticals development, including formulation, clinical trials and manufacturing of drug products. He last served as director, pharmaceutical development, at Agennix Inc. Before that, he held senior positions at Baxter and Bayer.
Tiwari holds a doctorate degree in pharmaceutical sciences from St. John’s University. Founded in 1991, Particle Sciences is a provider of drug formulation and development services.

Allied Building Corp., a Bethlehem commercial construction management firm, hired the following people:
John Minutella, of Allentown, was named vice president, operations. He will be responsible for daily operations of the company’s projects and will direct all estimating, scheduling and engineering studies. He also will establish project procedures and oversee management control systems.
Minutella has 26 years of experience in construction management, last serving as senior vice president, construction, at Keating Building Corp. Minutella earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University.
Tom Ciccarelli, of Allentown, was named project director. He will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects. He has more than 11 years of experience in management of complex commercial construction projects, last serving with Turner Construction Co.
Ciccarelli earned a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University.
Tony Abi-Daher, of Bath, was named senior estimator. He will perform pre-construction services and negotiate contracts for purchase of goods and services. He has more than 27 years of experience in construction estimating. He has served with L.F. Driscoll, Keating Building Corp. and Biehn Construction.
Abi-Daher earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Temple University.
Tim Shane, of Clarks Summit, Pa., was named a project superintendent. A registered surveyor, he has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He has served with Keating Building Corp. and L.R. Constanzo Construction Services, performing field supervision of large industrial, retail and institutional projects.
Shane earned an associate’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University.
John Joseph, of Nazareth, also was named a project superintendent. He has more than 15 years of experience in field supervision of large retail and institutional projects. He has served with Contracting Systems and Newman Development Group.
Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Moravian College.
