An 82-year-old was pronounced dead following a car crash this morning in Hamilton Township, WFMZ reports.
An 82-year-old man died following a car crash this morning off an embankment in Monroe County, WFMZ reports.
Police told WFMZ the crash occurred shortly after 8 a.m. in the 200 block of Nyhart Drive in Hamilton Township. Thomas Giarrizzo was pronounced dead at the scene.
Monroe County Coroner Robert Allen, who could not be reached for further comment, told WFMZ earlier today Giarrizzo had suffered a medical episode prior to crashing the car off an embankment and into a tree.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
