Marian Watkins, of Emmaus, joined Easton-based ergonomic office products manufacturer Innovative Office Products as new marketing director. She will be responsible for leading marketing strategies and developing and launching new marketing plans, including the company’s new Easton Lean Tools brand.
Watkins last served as marketing manager for Dorman Products in Colmar, Pa., for more than four years.
Watkins earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from LIM College in New York.

Registered nurse Kathleen Romanick Pruznick, of Nazareth, has earned certified post-anesthesia nurse status through the American Board of Perianesthesia Nursing Certification.
The certification demonstrates a commitment to the perianesthesia nursing profession and dedication to quality patient care. To qualify for certification, candidates must have a minimum of 1,800 hours of perianesthesia nursing experience and complete a rigorous examination. The credential is awarded for three years.
Pruznick is the wife of Robert A. Pruznick, CEO of The Arc of Warren County.

Loren L. Speziale, of Bethlehem, attorney with Gross McGinley LLP in Allentown, was named to the board of directors of Women’s Resources of Monroe County Inc. The nonprofit organization aids victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. A native of Monroe County, Speziale serves on Women’s Resources’ Gala Committee, coordinating the organization’s biggest annual fundraiser.
Speziale focuses her practice on litigation involving commercial and real property disputes, breach of contract claims and employment-related actions. She was named a 2013 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star and a New Jersey Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011.
Speziale earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
