With freezing rain making area roads hazardous, the Phillipsburg School District, the Alpha School District and Hunterdon Central Regional School District are breaking the trend with 90-minute delays.
The Allentown, Bethlehem Area, Bangor Area, Belvidere, Easton Area, Harmony Township, Mansfield Township, Nazareth Area, North Hunterdon-Voorhees, North Warren Regional, Northampton, Parkland, Pen Argyl Area, Salisbury, Saucon Vally, Warren Hills and Whitehall-Coplay school districts have two-hour delays.
Warren County Community College is closed today, with Northampton Community College and Lehigh University have two-hour delays.
