Just before 6 this morning, the Hackettstown School District was in a 90-minute delay -- administrators soon changed their minds and by 6:34, school was closed -- and Harmony Township School had a two-hour delay.
The major districts in Northampton and Lehigh County are closed by snow that started before 5 this morning in Easton, as is the Phillipsburg School District.
