Dr. Susan Bauman, family practice physician and director of hospice and palliative medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, was named a fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, a professional organization for physicians who care for patients with serious illnesses.
Bauman will receive the designation during the annual assembly of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association to be held in March in San Diego.
Bauman has been instrumental in the formation of a palliative medicine program at Hunterdon Medical Center. She also serves on the faculty of the center's Family Medicine Residency Program.
Bauman earned a medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and trained in family medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center.
Edward DelSole was named sales manager of the technology division of Diefenderfer Electrical and Technology Solutions in Allentown. He will be responsible for leading sales and marketing programs covering telecommunications, data networking, wireless, structured cabling, door access, video surveillance and intrusion detection.
DelSole last served as a senior technology analyst with Convergent. He is a graduate of Rider University.
J.D. Lepeta and Deidre "Dee" Mathard were named to new positions at Keller Williams Real Estate in the firm's Allentown office.
Lepeta was named CEO/team leader. He has 20 years of experience in residential real estate, joining Keller Williams in 2012.
Mathard joined the firm as a real estate agent. She has more than 25 years of experience in banking and insurance specializing in retirement planning and elder finances.
Mathard is a graduate of Parkland High School and holds a Pennsylvania state insurance license. She is a volunteer with Pets In Need and the Lehigh County Humane Society.
