In March, Pennsylvania implemented a statewide texting-while-driving ban that carries a $50 fine and gives police authority to pull over suspected violators on sight.

Texting while driving, talking while driving, trying to pick up a cell phone while driving these things cause, in my opinion far more accidents then the idiot who can not control their temper and act like an adult while driving."
What do you consider to be the biggest problem on roadways? What laws could curb this problem?
