Emma Catherine Hughes, 90, of Palmer Township, passed away Monday at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill.
She served as a pharmacist's mate in the U.S. Navy WAVES during World War II. Emma was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
